Default OIL in Intake Manifold!!!

Need help ASAP. Why would there be a lot (I mean excessive amounts) of oil in an intake manifold from a 2006 300C. The manifold was removed and it literally dumped oil every where (4 ft x 4 ft). We've been trying to troubleshoot why the car bogged down/wouldn't start for a while, then got it to kick over but spewed smoke everywhere. Also, where can I find a manifold, found none on ebay or websites...thanks.

Keep checking ebay, but you might have to get an OEM intake from the dealer.

only thing i could think of is if there was a lot of oil in the valve cover for some reason and the PCV valve sucked it up.

Best option is to trust a good mechanic and assess the mechanic's records. If you trust the person, go have your car fixed there. There's nothing absolutely helpful you can search online without getting physical assistance from a trusted expert.

Normal to some extent in these motors, thats why an oil catch can is highly recommended. Don't see why the op needs to change the mainfold, if only for the oil just clean and reinstall.
