My only concern is ground clearance issues, its sitting about 3 inches off the ground but it still has an inch and a half of fender gap runing 20s.

It will have the new TR-6060 in the GT-500s, and in the new Vipers, Corvettes, and Pontiac G8s. Im sure it would come with at least two Hemis just like every other LX, the 5.7 and the 6.1 in the SRTs. But by then there maybe somthing else? 392 perhaps? One can hope...

I sent an email to dodge telling them that I would chose a camaro over a new challenger if they didnt offer a standard tranny and they replied that they will be offering a 5 speed standard with it !!!!!

screw 5 speed, either go with old school 4 speed or put t-56 in it

I agree I would prefer a 6speed T-56 but a 5 speed is better than an auto for me anyways. I would worry about wheather it could handle the hp reliably though.
