Default Swapping Hemi to 07 Jeep

Hello,

I'm looking for information on swapping a hemi in to an 07 jeep wrangler. I am mainly worried about the canbus system. Does anybody have information on making the electronics work? Also, will the ecu have to be reprogrammed?

Go to the superlift.com and to the forums. They have a few jeeps they've done this on, and you might be able to get some more info. there. I've seen one of them up close....it was sweet.

Why not use the ecu from the donor car?

I have done the swap, but can't get it to run. You use the ECM from a WK, but we are having issues with no start. The Ecm does not recognize the APP, and there is an issue with SKIM. The PCM doesn't supply ground to the starter relay, and the TIPM doesn't supply start signal to the start relay. Burnsville Off road is the only one that has figured it out, but he is not telling anyone how he did it. Good Luck
