so i am driving down the interstate and my truck decides to grenade and leave me on the side of the road to miss my court date.... i fixed the head gaskets and still the truck runs like hell.... so instead of rebuilding this heap of an engine i am gonna buy a 5.7 hemi and do a lil magic and make it work in this tiny truck..... my only issue i can think of is i wanna use my a-518 trans... i do know that they will bolt up easily with the purchase of a flywheel but i know there is gonna be an issue with the wiring to make my trans shift correctly.... since the a 518 never came behind a hemi.....do i have to use my stock comp to control the trans and also use the hemi comp? any one have any insight in my brain storming?
