diff. between 5.7 and 6.1?

Bore change...

5.7L Hemi is 3.920" bore x 3.580" stroke
6.1L Hemi is 4.055" bore x 3.580" stroke

The 6.1 also come with a forged crankshaft compared to the 5.7's cast crankshaft. The 5.7 seems to have a little more beef in the main web design than the 6.1. The 6.1 has a MUCH stronger deck design than the 5.7. Neither casting will take much of an over bore from our sonic check numbers.

b&g can do the tune. they work for chrysler by day.

i wouldnt let gsm touch my worst enemys stuff.

I heard that B&G has been pretty successful with their LX platform. Give them a shout. As far as the GSM stuff, I wouldn't bother with with their kit. Too many complaints about KABOOM'S.

Superchips has a 6.1 programmer coming very soon if not ready now. I am also working with them on some custom stuff.

The B&G seems to be great for the LX cars and less dependable on the Rams.
