The largest street car drag racing event of the year is almost upon us…the 12th Annual Nitto Tire NMRA/NMCA Super Bowl of Street-Legal Drag Racing at Route 66 Raceway in Joliet, IL, the weekend of July 27-30, 2017. Presented by Precision Turbo, this is one of only two events that bring all the cars and all the stars of NMRA and NMCA drag racing the same weekend. Following several successful events, NMRA & NMCA are revving up for what will be the largest muscle car event in the U.S. with racers from both series setting their combinations on kill in hopes of visiting the Aerospace Components Winners Circle and bettering their chances for highly-coveted world championships.

This event has it all and features what can only be called the World’s Fastest Street Cars of NMRA and NMCA drag racing. From VP Racing Fuels Xtreme Pro Mod and Street Outlaw to Mickey Thompson Radial Wars and Edelbrock Renegade…the Super Bowl of Street-Legal Drag Racing is a high-horsepower slugfest that features the best in turbo vs. nitrous vs. blower heads-up and wild action at Route 66 Raceway. With an incredible racing surface prepared by Kurt Johnson of Total Venue Concepts, Route 66 Raceway will be ready to set records and showcase insane NMRA and NMCA action all weekend long July 27-30.
