I never said the wind age tray was included the gasket is recommended to be replaced with a new one. I am sorry i forgot to mention that the dip stick tab was cut but i was still able to use it i pretty much threw that in as a extra.

I am not sure how I feel about this pan. It is in sad shape that I can deal with, Where is the windage tray and the bolts as promised in the sale? The gasket is shifted off the pan? The dip stick tube mount is broken off? You said nothing of that.
