I have sent numerous PM's that have been unanswered about the refund you said you would give me for my "lost part" with no reply. I didn't want to have to submit negative feedback on you, but you left me no choice.

Sorry but that isn't how this is going to work.
Even if you didn't have Paypal access, you OBVIOUSLY had ls1tech access considering you made/replied to threads within the last week. How many PM's did I send you? If you can post of the forums, you could have replied to my multiple PM's.
I will delete the negative as soon as I have my refund.
