Gave rating before goods were received. Seller sent broken converter with metal shavings in oil. Converter looks to be 8 years old. Seller stated converter had only seen dyno time. Oil in converter is pitch black with chunks of metal shrapnal. This is obviously an extremely used converter that has failed internally.

UPDATE
As of tonight i have received a full refund on my purchase. The converter will be going back tommorow.
I would like the thank fastass2000 for coming thru. It turns out the Paypal resolution center was a waist of time.
To sum this up there was a bad part, misunderstandings and break downs in communication happend, BUT at the end of the day the situation was corrected and i can't be happier about it. This is more than enough evidence for me to says that fastass2000 is a stand up seller
