Very bad buyer. He broke one part and used that to accuse me of a bad deal.

He purchased heads, cam and intake. I photographed each part before shipping and all were fine. I actually went to the extent of having the heads reworked and tested prior to selling them because all of these parts were going back on my car until I bought a new top end. I personally removed the intake, then removed the TB, and painted the intake. He sent me pics of the whole front end of the intake being busted but stated that the box it came in was not damaged and the intake was packed very well. The damage wasn't there when I boxed it up, the box is not damaged, so.... where did this intake get broken?
