I sent this guy money $390 on 8-15-09 for the CME Exhaust and quad tips, today it is 10-16-09 and I still haven't received it yet. He said he first had health problems which I don't know if it's true or not. Then after he got out of that he said he will send it but then weeks and weeks went by and still no package. He said he was going to go to UPS to check up on it on monday(10-5). Because he said he was going to go back 100% monday or tuesday to make sure they got the package back and sent it off. Well I call and text him wednesday(10-7) to see if he went back to get the stuff straighten out with UPS so they can ship my item out and then he gets and attitude with me and cuss me. What he don't understand I paid him at that time almost 2 months ago I should be the one cussing cause I haven't got my package yet. But let me mention this and this is what makes me think he's giving me the run around is that he never gave me a tracking number. So to me he didn't give a tracking number for 2 reasons cause he didn't send it or he never had a CME to sell. Ge had a good trader rating but he hasn't done right to me. I'm beginning to think this is fraud. If he would have gave me a tracking number I could have worked things out without his help and I could at least say he sent me the item but I can't do that without tracking numbers. I call him he won't never call back but if I text him he will text me back sometimes and most time he won't.

ive sent it out and you got it already,, you wouldnt me to give some money back because it had a couple scratches on it,,, you are joke and im not gonna get black mailed with u saying you will give me a negative feedback if i dont send u some money back,,, people that know me know how i am,, never had a problem with anyone..you shouldnt even be allowed on here for saying stuff like that...

I never the CME period from you. Either you sent it to the wrong address or the carrier got the addresses mess up or you didn't send it at all. You won't answer my phone calls or call me back. Me personally I don't think you sent it to begin with. Hell if it has sratches on it. I'm telling you on this send it to me. Even if it had sratches on it when you got it back it ain't right for you to keep all my money anyway. So see you just messed yourself up. Your giving me the run around, that's all it is. An when you send it this time reply back to this message on here and send me the tracking number. Now if you can't do that then you was going to send it or have sent it anyway. Now what you going to do?

Will you listen to me I never got the item. Like I said you never gave me a tracking number and I never got the CME from you. Hell if you would have gave me the tracking number then I would have at least knowed you sent it cause I didn't get it. Why do you think I called and called you, then you got mad and cussing me out when hell I I wanted is just to get my item that I paid for that I never got.
