Offered purchaser to file a claim with UPS if in fact he provides tracking number and pics. If I did send him something that got damaged I will have UPS pay for it and refund his money plus $15 extra for complications. I have reviewed my shipping reciepts and if purchaser still lives in wisconsin then I have not shipped anything to there at all.
