Totaly shady! leaves neg feedback after I go out of my way for him SCAMER

Guy hits me up asking if I still had a spare set of intake maniflold bolts, I did have a full set and said I'd GIVE them to him for gas and shipping. We agreed to $22.00 to cover 11.00 for fedex, a couple bucks for paypal and gas to the shipping center.
Guy sends money to incorrect paypal address, not the one I gave him and cries because there not shipped. I reply they didnt ship because theres no funds in my account and therefore I have no shipping address.
Weeks later guy finally pays the money into my account and I ship out the following weekend. He cries once again upon arrival claiming that there are bolts missing. I tell him all were included because my FAST 90 used all new bolts and hardware. Eviltwin_1987 decides to leave negative feedback over some discrepency about a missing bolt.
I've sold over $10,000 worth of performance parts as a 5 year member of this board and have never had a unsatified customer. It disgusts me that we have a system on here where someone can tarnish my record after I go out of my way and do him a favor. It's the last favor I'll do over a lame message board

seller tells me the he got the payment and he shipped the bolts out. i ask for a tracking number. he said he will get one tomorrow. i ask again three days later and he says the same thing. 2 weeks later i never got them so i sent a pm. then says he never got payment so he didnt send them. i forward him a copy of my paypal statement and he noticed i got the email address wrong by one letter. i messed up with email address so i resent it that same day. he said they shipped out a week later. for the next three weeks he kept saying he was going to get me a tracking number. i finally got one the same day i got the bolts. over 3 weeks later. when i got them there was 2 missing bolts. i tell him and he said he would look into it. i ask again a week later. i get the same response. another week goes by and i tell him if i dont get a response i will leave negative feedback. a week later i had still not heard anything. once i left the feedback he was all of a sudden able to respond. i have bought over 5k in parts on here within the last year and everytime i get comments on my fast payment. if anyone is a scammer it is him!
