Didnt send complete, took WEEKS to ship the bolts, no replys to pm's

bought some intake bolts. first they were shipped, then they weren't, then there was a paypal mistake, i fixed it and they were shipped again, 2 weeks later still no bolts. when i finally got them two were missing. No responses to current pm's. what am i suppose to without all the bolts?

eviltwin_1987 misspelled my paypal address when sending payment andsent the funds to an invalid paypal address.
Because I had not recieved payment I did not send the bolts out. Once he sent the funds to the correct address I provided him with I shipped the bolts immediately.
Once I recieved the payment from eviltwin_1987 I sent the complete set of intake manifold bolts.
