Paid for my Item and never received it. Seller want refund money.

Shipped item via parcell post from Hawaii. Told him it'd take 2 months or more. He won't listen and is stubborn. Told him to file claim in paypal to protect himself. I'm a good guy and this guy can barley figure out how to spell.
