I paid for rockers and lifters on July 17. I have not received them. Seller says they shipped but can't provide me with a date of shipment or and tracking information. Seller hasn't stated which method of shipment was used. I've tried to contact the seller over 20 times via email and PM with no response. I've filed a complaint with Paypal.
