Throttlebody looks good; communication and shipping time were unacceptable.

package was shipped the same day the dispute was filed, even though I Pm'ed you that it would take a little bit to ship, to which you replied "no problem, the project won't be running for a while" anyways, enjoy the TB.

"a little bit" to ship, to me, would be 2 days, 3 days, *maybe* 4 days. 2 weeks is not "a little bit", it's "dragging ass" or just plain lazy. I've been buying and selling on the internet since 1999 so I have a good deal of experience and with the ability to print postage right off the computer and so forth these days, there is no reason you cannot ship a small item out within 3-4 days max, even if you stick it in your mailbox and put the flag up before you go to work one day.

You did not ship until I filed the dispute, which was like 12 days after payment. I admit I did word the feedback a little odd, but that much is certain.

I did not leave negative feedback to adversely affect your standing, because you did deliver the product as described at a fair price. I did not leave you positive feedback because it is not what I would consider a positive transaction...I posted 3 times in your thread with zero response, not to mention that you did not see fit to email or pm me on your own and say "hey man, it's gonna be a few more days before I can get this out, is that cool or should I just refund you for now?". You let me pay you and then disappeared, and even though your profile showed daily logins to your account, you did not respond to my posts. That kind of behavior will send up a red flag to any attentive buyer 10 times out of 10. I had to hunt, hound, and finally dispute the payment to get you to ship what I paid for. Thus to me, a neutral seemed fair. I cannot see how you could see it any differently.

Ah that makes sense now, I never went back to the thread and was unaware you had posted in there. Sorry man.. never received any pm's so I was surprised when the dispute popped up.
