Purchased a 4L60E transmission from him that he told me came fresh from a transmission shop after being rebuilt, paid $350 for it and put it in after a while to find out it has no 4th gear and 3rd slips horribly. Sure wish I wouldn't have made this purchase.

Leaving out the undisputed facts, I see?
I stated that I did not know exactly what was in this transmission(read my for sale ad, I actually said more than that), and that the shop I talked to AND paid to do the work told me it was ready and good to go.
Now, on to the more important aspect of the whole deal: YOU WAITED OVER 1 YEAR FROM THE DAY YOU GOT THE TRANSMISSION BEFORE TELLING ME IT "DOESN'T WORK". Unfortunately for you and myself, if what you are saying is true it is too late to even bring it back to the shop and have it fixed for free or for me to go after them to get any money out of them. Had this been maybe a month or two after the sale, it could be rectified. However, I am a bit skeptical of someone complaining a YEAR AFTER the purchase that all of a sudden the used transmission "Doesn't work and is obviously missing a ton of parts."

"Doesn't work and is obviously missing a ton of parts."?????? I only said it didn't work, never said it was missing parts, or was it missing parts that I didn't know about?? LIKE I SAID BEFORE I AM SURE YOU WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT THE TRANSMISSION THAT DOESN'T WORK, just letting you know that you screwed me out of $350 and I am not happy about it. Just so you know genuis, that trans was for a project, projects take time to get completed. Obviously you are not very smart and I would just like people to know what kind of seller you really are!!! Thanks for screwing me over.
