I received an M6 console from Robert...a large and fragile item to send all the way from TX to MA. It arrived in short order and in excellent condition. The packaging was well-beyond average...actually the best I've ever seen. It obviously took Robert a while to wrap and pack this thing, and it paid off in the item arriving without a scratch. If every seller was like this, no one would ever have a problem. A+
