I sold it to you just as I bought it from Jason. You called me after you bought it and said you had it in the car and things were great?

I don't understand. On top of that, had you contacted me beforehand, I would have refunded it and picked it up.

Come on man i never even got to talk to you, called you twice no answer. left a message 4 you to call you never did. I wll quote you....does this sound like you would need to put over 600.00 dollars into it.... posi blew out, not even 10 miles down the road. So thats why you got bad feedback I waited to hear from you before I left the feedback you never called!

You called me once, left a voicemail praising it, and that's the only call I ever received from you after-the-fact.

My confusion comes from this; if you had so many problems with it, and you know I frequent LS1Tech, why didn't you send me a PM or contact me on here? Seems you didn't try hard enough to use all avenues of communication.

It doesn't make sense. Also, I had that rear inspected by a Certified Ford Tech who gave it a good to go. I've already spoke with Jason Short, who was driving it daily, and said there was nothing wrong with it as well. We've already come to our conclusions based on your claims, the damage reported, and you lack of prompt actions.

Again, I would have refunded your money and picked it up myself had you actually tried to contact me more than passingly.

The thing is, you didn't ask me to call you back. Your VM was as follows:

"Anthony, this is Mike from Toledo, the guy that bought that rear end. Just letting you know that the torque arm mount has been fabbed and the rear end installed in the car. I've had the car out and things are great, thanks for doing business. Call me in the future if you ever come up this way. Mike".

It sounds to me as if I didn't have a reason to call you back, and as you grudgingly state in your last comment, this was the only time you called and left me a VM.

1) I travel through a lot of Ohio without cell service, so if you call and it rings through, it won't show up on my missed calls list.

2) I don't answer calls from unknown numbers, so if it's that important, the caller will leave a VM, which in your case, you did once (see above).

Now you're telling me I didn't have it inspected? Were you there? Did you forget the conversation I had in my garage where I told you when and who did it?

I will go as far to say three things:

1) You are believing what you want to believe, as half of your claims are invented.

2) From a 3rd party standpoint; your "issues" with the rear could have been caused by an improper pinion depth and/or alignment by a less-than-desirable torque arm mount which would throw the geometry of the rear end off. If your mount was installed or created a few millimeters off, you would trash your posi and pinion bearing. BTW, the crush sleeve was present when both myself and Jason owned that rear end.

3) I WILL REITERATE CLEARLY FOR YOUR BENEFIT! Had you bothered to contact me with more than a couple of claimed half-ass missed phone calls; I.E. a PM on here, and email through here, another VM left, a post with my attention, etc. I would have not only responded, but would have again refunded your money AND driven three hours to Toledo to pick it up personally. Period.

I have done business on here for years with 100% satisfaction and know some of the major players in the LSX community. There's no reason I'd screw someone over on a $600 rear, even if it's quite possible the buyer had something to do with it. It seems to me you're just looking for attention and something to cry about. You've had plenty of opportunities and avenues to bring this to my attention before leaving negative feedback, and you failed on your end to do so. Obviously you didn't have that much concern for the unit, now did you?

To anyone else looking to do business with me, I ask you ignore this fool and look at the rest of my record, especially versus his. That will speak for itself.

Agian i will say your full of shit i dont care what feedback you have! i called you,, I had one of your friends try to call you but still no call back, you lie dude i never said anything on your voice mail but...for you to contact me.
as for the torque arm it was all fab.pinion angle -2 dead on so dont try to tell me that its the way its setup when your ass is 3 hours away from me and dont know anything.Plain and simple YOU SOLD ME A BULLSHIT REAREND
agian dont sit there and try to make yourself look good... its not working.
now i hope i dont have to write this over and over agian, people understand you sold me a VERY BAD REAREND no where near as described oh and pinion angle is not going to make the spider gears exploded after 7 miles down the road.... at dam near idle So give it up dude.

I thought you were done typing? I'm gonna go ahead and call you out on this one. Again.

1) What "friend" of mine did you try to have reach me? Give me a name so I can confirm that you approached them and asked them to perform this task.

2) Again, you failed to make any contact attempts on LS1Tech. Period. Nothing. Obviously your claim wasn't that important. So why didn't you attempt to contact me using this very forum you purchased the rear from?

So before you go off with the accusatory finger telling me what I did and didn't know, accusing not only me, but Jason Short who daily drove the rear, you need to address the above questions.

And please try not to sound like a rambling moron like in your previous claims. Thank you!
