Where is my money? I have the receipt for delivery confirmation on the package, so you did receive it, now if YOU lost it, it's not MY fault! I want my money back incuding shipping back to you, so say $140 total! You have my info, why haven't you sent me my money back yet? I'm not running a charity!

I sent the shifter back 3 weeks ago and asked you to refund my money on numerous occasions; I still don't have it. Last time I've heard back from you was two weeks ago and I've sent you several messages during that time, none of which were replied to. I'm not asking for anything unfair, but I do need my money back and you won't have bad trader reputation.

I will give you your money back when I receive the shifter. I am not going to refund you money so you can keep my shifter. I have not even seen any receipt that you sent me the shifter, if so did you insure the package because I have not received anything. I live in an apartment building with other tenants and none of them remember seeing any package over the last few weeks. I don't want to seem like an ass but I cant refund money money for something I didn't get back. sorry, let me know if there is anything else I can do to help the situation.

I understand where you're coming from, but I no longer have the shifter and I don't see why you're acusing me of it. I have the receipt from the post office and the tracking print. I sent you the tracking number and it says that it was delivered to your address with confirmation (you saw it and I saw it). I have all the paperwork to prove this. If anything, check your local post office to see if you missed a note on the door, but the delivery has been confirmed, meaning that it has been delivered. I really hate that this had to happen this way.

Can you send me a copy of the postal slip. Would I have to file a claim with them, or would you the sender. Let me know. I can give the post office a statement saying that I did not receive the package and no one here signed for any packages in the last few weeks. The only of thing I could think of was that it got stolen from the door step. Let me know what esle I can do to help you recover your money.

I will try to mail it out tomorrow. If they tell you that I need to file a claim, let me know as well.

I did not insure it, however- I purchased the tracking number and delivery conformation. I didn't make it to the post office today because of a deadline on refinishing some wheels. I'll send it out on Monday.
