Sent him drawings and manufacturing files for producting LS-7 exhaust exit flanges, on the basis he needed to produce a set for himself, and he would produce a set for me in stainless steel for supplying the files.
He implied that he didn't use the files, as he found the LS7 exhaust manifolds didn't fit his car.
I found out he indeed had made a set for himself, and advertised them on Ebay, as well as mentioning to contact him if others wanted these flanges.

No parts supplied to me, nor payment, but he used the files, and offered to make these parts for others.
