i bought a used AC pipe and paid $93. the pipe was busted and i contacted him and showed him pictures a couple of weeks after i got the item (the AC guy found the leak). kevin responded to me quickly, agreed the pipe had a leak, and we worked out a deal where i paid for the shipping and he refunded me $70 for the part, and i just threw it away since it was broken. so, i can't complain since the guy was honest enough to contact me back and work it out.
