Sold a part to someone else AFTER i had already paid for the part

A price was agreed upon and i sent money the same day, a day later i notice someone else posted in the thread that they sent a payment. I check my Pay Pal and the money has been refunded, but the only way i was able to find out is to look at the thread, he did not send any PM notifying me of anything. VERY upset
