I waited 2.5 months & the seller never sent me all the parts to what I purchased

Seller sold me a complete new Blackwing air lid package from SLP. Upon receiving the Blackwing kit two pieces were missing. I communicated with the seller for 2.5 months, even calling him on the cell. I was given excuse after excuse after excuse. Seller would always have some reason why I had not yet received the parts. He rarely responded to my e-mails in the last month.
What I'm stuck with now is an incomplete Blackwing air lid that I cannot install in my car because one of the parts missing is a unique to the Blackwing lid and not available for purchase through SLP or GM. This entire transaction has been nothing but a headache and I spent hundreds of dollars on something I cannot install on my car as is.

The missing parts were shipped to the buyer and he now has a complete kit. The parts were late for several reasons I admit... He never asked for a refund which I would have fully granted and almost offered but he acted like the missing plastic rivet and air tube grommet were not a big deal... this rating surprises me but that is the way it goes...
