1. Says he has funds available. Turns out it takes a him a week to get cash ready. Asks the seller to hold the item for him yet won't leave a deposit.
2. Will post negative feedback before discussing issues with seller. Won't return the item for full refund yet will still leave negative feedback.

I paid you in full and you got your money. You didn't have to hold the motor but you chose to, and then you got your money in full. I do not see how you lost in this situation.
However you sold me a motor that you listed as having caddy race lifters, when in fact there are no caddy lifters in the motor. Now you refuse to do a fair refund of 100 dollars on 300 dollar lifters.
The only one that lost is me.

plain and simple: You were paid in full, you acknowledge it. Yet you did not hold your end of the bargain and give me the items that were promised....you are not the victim. I am. End of story...even you admit that is the truth
