I agree it was missing the components, and I agreed to pay for them. He didn't pay me for shipping him the engine. I agreed to pay the difference. He is just hard headed.

I paid for a COMPLETE motor and received one stripped off of EVERYTHING that bolts to it, even engine oil dipstick and coolant crossover tube, ~$800 worth of stuff. Seller offered half the money, and then on top of that minus the shipping charge.
buyer beware.

I admit, I told him the motor was complete. I he told me the cost was around $480 to replace those parts used online. When I told him I would pay the difference with shipping, he did not go for it. He thought I would pay the $375 to ship his motor (which I ended up doing). Really, he has only lost about $105 if you take the difference there. I offered that amount, but it was unacceptable....he then vanished.

I get shipped a BARE motor instead of a COMPLETE one and i lie, eh? I know what i told you, and i tried to make it work with you, saying that i'll split the parts cost, our communication ended when you didnt agree with the prices on parts and you said you can buy a complete motor for $500 that will have all the parts i need, and thats when you stopped responding
