I gave you a positive feedback because I know how important it is. You did ship the item when you said you would but the packing was terrible! Seriously, your just going to throw it all in a box? Two of the rocker arms had scratches on them. It was only cosmetic and will not impeade performance so I will not be requesting $ back. It took me only 6 squares of paper towels to insure that no rocker arm touched and was packaged very tight for storage until I can use them. A little extra effort goes a long ways!!!
