In a bad economy some people want something for nothing and then when paypal rules in my favor that says something.

Bad economy has nothing to do with it , I simply wanted the parts YOU described in your post . Believe me , I paid DEARLY for the parts I got , could have bought them cheaper retail !

One more little tidbit of info on this transaction , Paypal didn't "rule against me" , they didn't rule at all . Here was their response (This may open some people's eyes as far as the "protection" we have with Paypal ) We're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time. PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy applies to the shipment of goods but not to disputes about merchandise quality.
