An agreement was made,but was overturned at the last minute before actual transaction could be completed.

A prior agreement was made before yours 2 days earlier and the guy contacted me the same night you did and had his cash ready and I made the sale originally promised. You got to be quick on the draw to make these good deals! I think in no way are you justified to give me a negative rating!
