I just tried to contact you at the number provided and left a voice mail. Your paypal dispute is the first information I've recieved indicating there is a problem with the Pan. Please contact me so we can discuss how to resolve.

The iTrader description and rating provided by this buyer do not fairly and accurately depict what actually occured in this sale transaction.
This sale item (New Canton Racing Aluminum Oil Pan) was clearly damaged in shipping. A damage claim has been opened with UPS and is in process. The buyer has also rightfully opened a paypal dispute for resolution. I have also been in contact with the buyer and we are working together to resolve this issue. The entire sale amount has been deducted from my paypal account and is being held to ensure the buyer is protected while this dispute is being resolved.
As a reputable and responsible seller, I take all customer complaints and concerns seriously and all reasonable and necessary steps to resolve them.
These images from my classified posting clearly show an un-damaged item in new condition as it was sold and shipped to the buyer. A quick comparison to the images provided by the buyer below clearly show the obvious damage incurred while in shipping.

we finally came to make good with eachother and i recieved a full refund. thank you ken i hope you get your insurance money from ups. much apreciated
