I purchased a LS2 from Zach something came up on his end and he refunded my purchase fully. It did take a little bit shorter then a month to get my money and I almost missed out on another engine purchase, but he kept me somewhat informed. You can make your own conclusion I would say stuff happens some times and I did get all of my money back. What kind of bad guy would do that.
