I am leaving negative considering I was told it would be 20 to ship, yet I know it was more likely then 10 (when you shipped it from NY), then I received a part which was supposedly just a couple of chips in the paint, but its really scratched to hell and rusting in certain spots where the paint was chipped.
And I am told to paint it, I wanted a white one so I did not have to paint it. I could have purchased one new as I explained to the seller, for a little less from the dealership, if I wanted to paint it.

I am sorry you are not 100% satisfied with the "used" part you received but to give negative feedback for something that you saw pictures of before purchasing and something I didn't even want to sell in the first place (I only did so because you were in a bind and felt really bad) is kind of low. As per the shipping, I quoted shipping based on the fact that I would be shipping it from here (Ottawa Canada) since I didn't know I would be going to NY. I went out of my way to bring it to NY with me and then ship it from there so it would get to you faster.

The fact of the matter is that it is not "Scratched to shit" and the surface rust inside the 4mm rock chip is not the end of the world. It is just a used part from a 10 year old car. I really think you are over reacting just a bit.

Anyway, again I am sorry you were not 100% happy.
