I bought a Diablo tuner from Zane Beery for 165.00. After I received the tuner (which was over 2 weeks later) I tried to install the tuner on my car. It notified me the "This tuner is VIN locked to another vehicle". I informed Zane of the news and told him I was returning the tuner. After several talks with him on the phone he stopped returning my calls.

Tuner was shipped around holidays, you didnt pay for next day air. I told you to cancel the non receipt claim, then I would honor the bill for $165. Not going to have you double your money off of me.
