Joey provided great customer service and answered all of my numerous questions. I forgot to add a remote clutch bleeder line to my order when I purchased the master (didn't realize they had one at the time) and he sent me one out with free shipping. I later realized that he also sent me the new style line which is longer with a speed bleeder for the old bleeder lines price (the new line appears to have gone up 10 bucks). Joey didn't even mention he was giving me this deal, he just did it.
I have been very happy with my experience with Tick Performance and look forward to working with them in the future.
