I sold him a Mcleod twin disc clutch for $400. He said that he sent out the money order so I sent the clutch in good faith. The money order never came. He said that the Post Office lost it. Total bull shit. He quit responding to my PM's. He is a thief and should be banned.

seller sent a junk clutch, but when i asked for a refund, he mysteriously claims that he never got paid for it in the first place. why would he have shipped it if i didn't pay for it??? waiting for him to receive payment is what took forever in the first place. by the way, terrible shipping. next time just put the label on the flywheel.....

tim, all my paper work is at my shop. i won't be back there until monday morning. i sent it certified, so you will have to sign for it. i might go to the shop tomorrow evening. if i do, i will either call you or email/pm you.

tim, i checked the shop and can't find the paperwork for that. i found the money order stub, but not the other papers. i think i may have told you wrong. i said that it was sent certified, but it wasn't. it was sent with signature required receipt or something like that (i think i am saying it wrong). i will keep you posted on this.

tim, i still haven't heard anything yet. they said at the post office that it could take up to 7 business days to locate if lost. if it doesn't show up after that 7 days, they will allow me to cancel it and send another. i think next monday will be 7 days. i will keep you posted.

It didn't type anything. I just copied our PM's.

my mistake, the money order didn't reach it's destination. problem will be fixed.

Payment received. Issue resolved.
