Hey bud, thanks for the feedback! I would make them thinner but I am using leftover plastic from the splitter, that's why I could sell so cheap. You weren't charged for materials, just shipping and waterjet time...

Any more details on the rounding? Mine seemed to fit well...

The fitment was good. I'm not sure if the material would allow it but you could smooth the outer edges it would blend better with the rest of the interior. I believe it's called routing the edges off in wood working... but I don't remember the exact term. Similar to this: http://www.drccentral.com/old/images...ials/abs10.jpg

Not sure if the material you are using will allow this since you have a textured top surface.
