First of all, the part was just as described. Buyer wanted to put a USED part on a show car and was upset with what a part off of a 53,000 mile car looked like. The brake booster was in great shape and was cosmetically in great shape. He expected perfection from a used part. If you are going to build a show car, buy new. Simple as that.
