I bought a FIPK from him... we dealed for a few days, we agreed on a price. I then paypal'd him on a Tuesday and he agreed to ship that Friday after the payment cleared. Friday rolled around after the money had already debited my account and i get a message from paypal saying payment refunded. He wont respond to my posts in his thread or my PMs. Refuses to respond. Its been over a week and I still dont have my money back. Ill get the money back after being short it for 2 weeks.
