Buyer left me negative after I offered to file a claim on his lost package. Tried to say I scammed him and never gave the package to usps when I have a signed statement from usps stating the package was given to them.

scan it and email it to me saying that that tracking number was to be shipped to my address

Now if you want the other statement from them, give me a fax number and I will fax it with their signature. That right there shows the tracking number and your address.... straight from paypal.

what i asked for was your reciept scanned saying you dropped off a package that was to be delivered to me

I can fax it to you. I provided the above to show you it has your address with that tracking number. What is your home fax number?
