The buyer was not scammed. USPS lost his package and he blamed me. I have a signed statement from USPS stating the package was received by them. I offered to file a claim with USPS but then the buyer felt the need to leave me bad feedback about something that was not my fault.

usps will update tracking when they accept it at the post office and it will change from electronic info recieved to package at location. Then it will update when it leaves the main facility. He never dropped the package off. Its not my problem and you are a scammer

They do not update online labels when they receive the package. Call and ask. They simply accept them and give you a signed paper stating they accepted your package. I feel like you are not comprehending the fact that the package was dropped off and I was given a paper stating that.

I have more ebay feedback than you. Look at it. Usps will update the tracking when the box leaves in your case chesterfield and arrives at the main VA plant. It did not. Therefore if you were any kind of a business man you would go down to the post office and investigate the problem.
Think about this. You go down to chevy, order a brand new ZR-1 . Now when that car is getting shipped here it falls off the truck and crumbles. Will the dealer tell you well you gotta work it out with our shipping company or will they be a stand up seller and get you a refund or replacement. The way you handle things is immature and not very good business.

If your example happened, then the dealer would go through the trucks insurance company and be reimbursed for the damage to the vehicle. Kinda how I offered to file a claim with usps for you if you removed the feedback that was untrue. That wasn't good enough for you and you wanted a refund right then and there when it takes time for usps to investigate.
Did you file a claim or not. You said you did, now you say no...which is it?
