I bought some Hooker LT headers......they sent me the wrong ones and the collector flanges were all bent, and dented. No big deal i wasn't upset about that. They gave me an address to send the headers back to. I sent them back, and I spent $35 shipping them back. Well after a week i didnt recieve the right headers, 2 weeks, then 2 1/2 weeks. So i contact them, and they say ohhh sorry we forgot were gonna send them out ASAP. So i get the headers FINALLY.......but im still not upset. What upset me is when i want to buy a ORY, and a magnaflow system from them. They already have pretty good prices, but when i ask what they can do for me (since they messed up on my first order and cost me more money) They dont want to contact me anymore!!!! Its like they were just ignoring me??? Then he acted like he didnt remember all that. And the thing that got me messed up is i was nice the whole time. I was patcient, and calm with them the whole time, i understand you can sometime send out the wrong parts.......i undersand you can sometimes forget to ship something out......i understand if the package gets messed up and the flanges are bent.....BUT what i cant understand is how after all that BS. They dont want to help me AT ALL, they act like now they dont want my business. They dont care about the customer PERIOD.
