While I didn't get an initial PM when the product was dropped off at UPS Store, my follow-up communications were quickly, politely, and fully responded to. Funkster took a financial bath due to UPS breaking the container en route and ended our communications with well-wishes for future transactions. That's integrity that's hard to find and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
