Thanks again for everything you've done. I know how easy it would have been to just blow me off, but you stepped up and did the right thing when there was a problem. I've never personally seen any business person go that far out of their way to make a wrong right.

By the way, I did notice the extra work you put into it and it looked absolutely cherry!!
