the buyer purchase two very worn slicks for $75 shipped (shipping on the tires was roughly $40 so thats two tires for $35). prior to agreeing to purchase the tires the buyer was emailed (4) 2032x1584 high res pics of the tires in which the size, tread depth, and minor chips and indentations were clearly visible. the buyer admittedly did not download the pics and merely viewed the thumbnails enclosed in the email. upon receiving the tires the buyer contacted me that the tires had small rock indentations in them. this is completely normal on slicks as there is no where for rocks to go when you drive over them. i informed the buyer of this and also informed him that it is completely normal for bias ply slicks to lose a small amount of air as the sidewalls are more porous than standard radials. the buyer expressed concern about this and i immediately offered a full refund if the buyer was not happy with his purchase or felt misled in any way. the buyer declined this offer.

over 17 days later i was contacted again by the buyer requesting a full refund. this request was declined as i do not know the condition of the tires now or how the tires were treated or stored, whether they were mounted or damaged, or whether they had be test fitted or used further. being as the buyer seemed very shady and uneducated regarding the basic properties of the product he purchased i do not trust the tires after being is his possession for more than 2.5 weeks
