I spoke to Thomas and he agreed to a price that he asked for. He said PayPal was not something he supported. Said he would mail a check. After more than a week he said the check was returned after i called him on the phone. He had the correct address. I believe he just lied about sending the check. He said to send him a paypal money request that night and he would pay that night. I did and he has been non-responsive. He even turned off his phone so it wouldn't accept incoming calls.

In my mind this is the sign of a coward and i'm sorry to have to say it but that's what he's become...dishonest.
