Nearly 3 months until transaction completed for questionable reasons. Sold me 4 tires, shipped two. 3rd tire damaged taking off rim, gave me a refund. Upset that I posted my experience in public forumn, so seller decided to keep 4th tire to use a swing for his kids and issue another refund.
