Thanks havok2. I'll try polishing out the blemishes before i install it in the car. I can't believe SLP stopped making these. I had one of these plaques in my late 98 camaro SS. I purchased it at the dealer for like $15 bucks. I got the key fobs (still have those) from them as well for like $5 bucks a piece. Some a-hole backed into my belove car and totaled it. Long story short, I forgot to remove the SLP SS plaque off the dash bezel. I didn't know that SLP had stopped making these. When I purchased my 02 SS, It came with a plastic piece (faded) i was like, I'll be replacing this with a SLP plaque. What a chore it is to find these now!!!!
