I waited a long time after i sent payment and he didnt keep good contact, and then all the sudden after 2 weeks sent my payment back.. i originally sent $350, then i sent another $10.50 for the fee. so he received $349 and some change. and that was all good if the deal would have gone through but he backed out. and when he sent the $360 back i got charged the fee again, so i only got $349 and some change. so i feel i should be fully reimbursed the $360.50 since i didnt break the deal. so that leaves $10.50 that needs to be paid to me. and i told him this and he hasnt replied.
