I bought this sellers HIDs.
As you can clearly see, he says they are new and only taken out once for testing.

Well I got the HIDs in the mail, installed them and 1 ballast was a little finicky and 1 bulb was bad. However, I did get the ballast to work on the other bulb after trying a few times. So I Msged the seller, and he sent me a new bulb via UPS 2 day mail. I was very satisfied..

I get the new bulb in. Its a bad bulb as well, and then I say screw it, im going to just go w/ 1 HID until he sends me another or refunds some money back. I try plugging the ballast into the good bulb, no go. So now I have 1 broken Ballast, and 2 bad bulbs. I tell the seller on the 14th that Im done with it, and I would just like to request my money back because its pretty apparent this kit is faulty and/or used to its limits.. He didnt Sign on until today at 9:47AM in which he has not responded to my Msg.
